Sales are done only to registered Horizon Home Furniture authorized dealers with sales tax ID number approved by Horizon Home LLC ®. Policies and conditions of sales will apply to all Horizon Home LLC ® authorized dealers. The purpose of these policies is to provide our dealers with a mutually fair treatment for the guidelines used to help resolve any questions regarding shipping, ordering and service.
Horizon Home LLC ® warrants that all of its products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase by our customers. This warranty extends to damages resulting from the handling of our products while still in our possession, but it does not extend to damages resulting from the handling or abuse of freight companies delivering our products to our Horizon Home authorized registered dealers, nor to damages or abuse occurring while in the hands of our authorized dealers. All reports of defects or damages must be issued with a photo and an invoice number to Horizon Home LLC ® by submitting it to your Horizon Home sales representative or directly to our customer service center in Scottsdale, AZ. WAREHOUSE ORDERS AND LESS THAN TRUCKLOAD PROGRAMS
We have two shipping points for warehouse orders: Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX.
DIRECT TRUCKLOAD PRICING
Direct Truckload Pricing is FOB Laredo, Texas. All Direct orders must be full truckload quantities to qualify for direct truckload pricing.
Net terms are available, upon a credit approval. All Horizon Home dealers must submit a Horizon Home LLC ® credit application completed in full and fax to (480) 998 1038 for credit authorizations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS
The transportation industry utilizes a demurrage system that charges a fee for the extended use of time in the unloading of a Trailer. This system is based on a 2 hour unloading time from the time of the previously established appointment. If the unloading of the trailer is more than 2 hours demurrage fee will apply at the current applicable rate.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF MERCHANDISE
The loss or damage of merchandise in transit is the responsibility of the delivery carrier. Claims for these damages or losses must be filed promptly with the carrier by the consignee/Horizon Home dealer.
Parts are sent at no charge to our customers for repair of merchandise to correct any legitimate factory defect claim while product is still under factory warranty.
